Returned items must be unused, unassembled, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all included components and accessories.

Certain products, including custom orders, clearance items, consumable goods, and supplier-designated non-returnable products, may not qualify for return.

Approved refunds are typically processed after inspection and supplier confirmation and are generally issued to the original payment method.
